We use the term "Net Carbs" or "Net Glycemic Carbs" to help people understand which carbohydrates will actually impact blood sugar. Because nutrition science shows that foods with 5 or fewer grams of Net Glycemic Carbs have little impact on blood sugar, all of our snacks contain 5 or fewer grams of Net Glycemic Carbs! 🙌
