At Good Measure, we are committed to good science. Along with our nutrition scientists, we enlisted an independent investigator, Dr. Thomas Wolever (co-founder of the glycemic index and Principal Scientist at INQUISClinical Research), to test the impact of our Good Measure foods on blood sugar.
What we found
Good Measure foods, with 5 or fewer grams of Net Glycemic Carbs (the ones that impact blood sugar) are clinically tested to have little impact on blood sugar. We calculate Net Glycemic Carbs as total carbs minus dietary fiber minus Allulose.
