Harvard Healthy says yes:  It is possible to reverse prediabetes.
The Mayo Clinic says yes.: “Healthy lifestyle choices can help you bring your blood sugar level back to normal, or at least keep it from rising toward the levels seen in type 2 diabetes.”

FDA:  Allulose is a low-calorie sweetener that is naturally occurring in small amounts in wheat, some fruits, and a variety of other foods and can also be manufactured. The latest data suggests that allulose is different from other sugars in that it is not metabolized by the human body in the same way as table sugar. It has fewer calories, produces only negligible increases in blood glucose or insulin levels.

 

The Cleveland Clinic says yes:  “Taking some simple steps now can help you avoid type 2 diabetes. In fact, making healthy lifestyle changes now can head off nearly three-quarters of all cases.”
