Directions
Crumble ¾ of Good Measure™ bar at the bottom of a glass. Add half of the blueberries. Cover with yogurt, and top with the rest of the blueberries and Good Measure bar.
Recipe Note
If you don’t have a Good Measure™ Bar on hand, place Greek yogurt in a medium bowl and stir in 2 tbsp of natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter. If you prefer a sweeter parfait, place Greek yogurt in a medium bowl and add powdered allulose or liquid stevia to taste. Whisk until smooth and well-combined.
