Yogurt Parfait for One
It’s important to add a little joy to your meals, too! Try this simple layering tip to turn your morning breakfast into a (delicious) culinary masterpiece.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
Optional: Powdered allulose or liquid stevia for an extra hint of blood sugar-friendly sweetness
Crumble ¾ of Good Measure bar at the bottom of a glass. Add half of the blueberries. Cover with yogurt, and top with the rest of the blueberries and Good Measure bar.
If you don’t have a Good Measure Bar on hand, place Greek yogurt in a medium bowl and stir in 2 tbsp of natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter. If you prefer a sweeter parfait, place Greek yogurt in a medium bowl and add powdered allulose or liquid stevia to taste. Whisk until smooth and well-combined.
